2020-04 Notice from the President
The Community would like to make clear what the current Coronavirus laws in Spain state about the use of Communal areas this refers to our Garden and pool area specifically:
There are two types of common areas
- 1) Those necessary for the movement of entry and exit ( stairs, elevators, doors etc)
- 2) Leisure and recreation ( roofs, patios, gardens, swimming pools etc)
The necessary common areas 1), must be disinfected when they are used ( elevators, door- knobs and handles etc). If you come across a neighbour keep the safety distance of 1.5m.
The rest of the common use areas 2), are prohibited, to avoid contagion and spread of the Virus, it is understood that its use is unnecessary and is not justified in the current scenario of #EstadodeAlarma, in addition to being reportable for non-compliance.
