COMMUNITY POOLS (end of state of alarm)
On June 20, 2020, it was published in the OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE VALENCIAN GENERALITAT (Number 8841), the CONSELL AGREEMENT of June 19, on prevention measures against COVID-19, (2020/4770). This agreement mentioned, among others, the following:
As you may be aware the community of Valencia have agreed that community pools can be reopened subject to the rules outlined in Phase three of the plan for the transition to a new normality.
ALL OWNERS ARE INFORMED THAT THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMMUNITY, ONCE THE POSSIBILITY OF OPENING THE POOLS HAS BEEN STUDIED, HAS COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO BE ABLE TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS ESTABLISHED IN ORDER SND / 414/2020 MAY 16 AND, SPECIFICALLY WITH ARTICLES 44 AND 45.
The Community would like to make clear what the current Coronavirus laws in Spain state about the use of Communal areas this refers to our Garden and pool area specifically:

As you are aware the Coronavirus pandemic is a fast moving, ever changing situation with governments trying to find ways to control the virus. As you will see we have published information (below) on the Amapolas V website on the action being taken in Spain.
The Murcian Council have banned all non essential travel within the coastal regions of Murcia.
This includes to closure of all schools and public places as well as gyms, beaches, bars and restaurants as well as any place where crowds form. All street markets are also closed until March 24th when further assesments will be made. The closure of bars and restaurants also include the region of Valencia.
Asunto: Comportamiento Incivico
La semana pasada tuvo que venir a nuestra Urbanizacion la Guardia Civil por el comportamiento incívico de algunas personas usando la piscina a las 02:00 Horas de la mañana.
Re. Anti Social Behaviour
Last week the Guardia Civil were called to our urbanisation as a result of the anti social behaviour of some people using the swimming pool at 2 am.
Please note: a car, owned by one of our residents, was stolen yesterday 4th July. It was parked on the Av Comunidad Murciana. This road runs along the bottom of the park at the top end of Calle Viena.
